1. Students wishing to seek accreditation from the legal professional bodies as a barrister or solicitor will need to include:

CO3201:02 Trust Accounts and Bookkeeping (July block mode)
LA4009:01 Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct (Sem 2)
LA4022:03 Civil Procedure (Sem 2)
Neither CO3201 nor LA4009 will be credited to the LLB degree.

2. Students seeking admission to practice are strongly advised to include the following level 4 subjects:

3. Townsville students seeking admission to practice are also encouraged to include LA4014:03 Clinical Legal Studies, however a quota applies in this subject.
