An introduction to constitutional law and principles.
Learning Outcomes
- Become familiar with the nature, content and operation of the Australian and Queensland Constitutions;
- Analyse legal problems and identify relevant constitutional issues;
- Research and collect information , analyse and evaluate it critically, apply it logically and concisely and develop an ability to speak and write logically, clearly and creatively;
- Acquire an informed understanding of basic concepts and principles of Australian constitutional law and be aware of the significance of the Constitution to legal practice and in everyday life.
